Tropical Sun Golden Sella Basmati Rice is basmati rice that has been parboiled to ensure that no nutrients are lost during the polishing. The rice is briefly steamed to ensure that all of the nutrients kept in each grain. After this process, the rice turns “golden”, hence the name Golden Sella
